About Russell Milton

Russell gained his qualifications with the Football Association while studying at Lilleshall National Sports Centre. He then achieved further qualifications at North London University and is now a full member of the Society of Sports Therapists who are the leading governing body in sports therapy. Since then, as part of his Continual Professional Development, he regularly attends various courses and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest methods of treatment.

Russell has experience of working in private practice, and has spent 5 seasons in the medical departments of both Premier and Nationwide League Football Clubs.
